Our People
At One Million Wells, nobody has a corner office.
But a few have drilled for water in the corners of our earth.
A Texas inventor who doesn't stop. A Make-A-Wish co-founder who never stops working to create change — holding his hand out to help others up and walk beside them. Local partners drilling for their own communities — including an all-women's crew that broke the mold. And Kelly — motivating, caring for, and loving them all. Putting action into motion. The power of one — multiplied.
Who's In the Workshop
The person who keeps it all moving.
On the ground. In the field. Making it happen.

Partners in the Field
Local crews lead the drilling. And yes — you can come too.
Locally owned. Locally led. Drilling for their own communities — with room for you too.
Wherever we work, the drilling is led by local partners — like Daniel and Peter below — and One Million Wells works alongside them to reach the communities around them. They hire locally, they train the water committees, and they're still there long after a well is finished. And they don't drill alone: corporate teams, donors, and volunteers travel with us to work alongside the local crews — and go home changed by it. Because a community's needs don't stop at the well, we work alongside local organizations like ONE30 Network on the ground too. That's not a supply chain. That's the whole point.

The Board
The adults in the room. (Loosely defined.)
They make sure the mission stays on track, the money goes where it should, and nobody does anything too reckless. Within reason.
