Kelly Snodgras
Executive Director
Leads international operations, partnerships, and organizational development. In 2025, spent three months in Uganda overseeing Kids Without a Crew building completion and designing sustainable food and herb gardens for the kids.

Medical Coordinator & Drilling Lead
Health professional by training, drilling machine by choice. Leads one of the largest Soroti teams and re-formed an all-women's crew because barriers are just things that haven't been drilled through yet.

Ugandan Coordinator & Drilling Lead
Coordinates everything in Uganda. Drives the U.S. team when they're in-country. Leads drilling crews. Helped build the Kids Without a Crew sustainable farm. Does the work of four people and acts like it's normal.

Invented the patented reverse-flow drill. Has been drilling for 40+ years on every continent that has dirt. Still in his workshop every single day.

Duke grad. Co-founded Make-A-Wish. Then looked around and said "what else needs fixing?" Launched OMW's international Shelter & Care initiative.

Secretary / Treasurer
Co-founder of Strategic Legacy Advisors. Joined OMW in 2021 after hearing that women walk three miles for green water. Showed up the next day.
